Title: The cursed farm

I am curious how to unlock the bosses in the farm clover said it was a curtain quest. Some halloween quest do I have to wait a whole 10 months to unlock it,or find a differnt quest somwhere?

No, the quests that let you access the cursed farm are enabled around the year.

If you still have other halloween quests, those need to wait, but the ones required for the farm can be completed at any time.

Well I did the sunflower quest where you give the sunflower quests to curly,but thats all ive seen.

You have all the prerequisites out of the way, then.
The quest will continue at Curly once you are sufficiently high level. :)
