I'll change the blue gemstones a bit - instead of being required for a certain skill (and used by it), they can be used directly, with a cooldown of five minutes. If you use them, they will change certain spells for the next cast.
Here is the spell changes I am considering for mages.
Which four, besides the Teleport change (which I will add in, so no need to vote for it), would you like to see most?
Teleport: Creates a portal to your teleport location, allowing your group to enter it (does not work in PvP).
Fire Bolt: Does 33% damage but hits every target around the target.
Icicle: Launches a frosty bolt, slowing your target by 20% for 20 seconds (six in PvP).
Ignite: The intense heat startles your target, disrupting their currently cast spell.
Skip: After skipping, you gain 20% walking speed for seven seconds (10% in PvP).
Ice Spikes: The force of your ice spikes launches any targets they hit one metre into the air.
Fire Wall: Your fire wall only does 75% of its damage, but becomes twice as hard to extinguish with Healing Springs.

I like the idea of ignite interrupting spell-cast.
Skip also sounds nice!

These are the ones that seem best to me:
1) Skip
2) Ignite
3) Icicles
4) Fire Bolt

Alright. With that, I'll start implementing Skip, following Ignite.
I'll scrap the frost spikes and the fire wall change for now.

Most of the abilities have been implemented. I also added a few enhancements to priests' abilities.
A blue gemstone of unprecedented brilliance, bundling light and magic.
* Use: Enhance the next cast of certain spells (five minutes cooldown).
The following spells are changed.
Teleport: Creates a warp portal, which your group can enter as well.
Skip: After skipping, your walking speed is increased slightly for seven seconds.
Ignite: The intense heat startles your target, disrupting their currently cast spell.
Icicle: Launches a frozen bolt at the target, slowing their movement by 20% and their attacks by 30% for seven seconds.
Heal: Only heals for 30% of your usual amount, but affects any ally around your target.
Surge of Light: Heals for 125% of the amount of Heal.
Revive: Revives everyone in a large radius around your target.
