The East Caves are a series of caves east of Saliko. Players are able to enter one, which contains the entrance to the Deep Mines, a level 10 dungeon.
Aside from cave bats and insects, the East Caves are also inhabited by several undead miners. These are very slow walkers, making the east caves a great place for priests and mages to level - as they can stay away from the zombies, while attacking them from a range.
