Title: How do I find the quest 'The Abandoned Crate'?

I'm really confused about this quest! I have no idea how to find it. I want to talk to Andy but you have to complete the quest chain line 'The Abandoned Crate' Help me out!

Hi there ^^
If you're wondering where you get the quest, it's pretty simple. First, you walk through the village and leave through the east portal. In the next map (which should be the map with all the frostspike lizards) if you keep walking straight past the bigger lizards you should find the crate which will start the quest ^^
