Title: [Implemented] Argan Jungle Midnight River and hibby quest

I tried to fill the bottle for the quest with the blue hibby thing. HOWEVER, it kept telling me that i needed to be in the Midnight River. i was like "what? ._. " because well, it was the same river, isn't it? but that i couldn't use it there was bogging me, so, well, it should be that you can get water from this spot as well, at least imo it should be.

Hey, what can i say? i just have a knack for wanting the little things filled in sometimes. XD no prob man! ^^
