So i been wanting to take one but i don't know how to take one that will show up on my forum profile.

Hi!
You can take a screenshot by pressing shift + p -- after that, to make it display on your profile, go and press 'Screenshot', select the screenshot that you want to make public on your profile and change it from private to public. You also have the option to rename your screenshot as well.
