Title: Lost Password

My brother, EdexFlight lost his password (urgh, I told him to write it down but he wouldn't listen >:O) so he tried to retrieve it back.
The thing is, when he enters his email it says the username does not exist, even though I well know it does since he's in my friends list, so if I could get some help and instructions about it that'd be great.
