Heya, how do you get this trophy?  The description says "Obtain a glass of hot chocolate while staying overnight in Ashaya Village".  So do I go to Tanja's Bakery and buy one?  It's not on the shop list.

You stay at the Guest room in Tanja's bakery and during this specific time, Tanja comes in and you can buy it from her.

June is correct. Keep in mind, it's "overnight" in-game time, not real life. XD

Overnight in the game time. You can tell when the sky in the game turns dark

Also if you type /time, the in-game time comes up near the top left of your screen.
