It's a bug, there is no exact way to get white eyes XD

Bugs are easier to fix if I know exactly what to do to get them to happen. :3

My current guess is that it's an indication of you being temporarily possessed by demons, causing your eyes to disappear.
That, or the Flash player didn't refresh the graphics for the screenshot properly. :3
