Title: Cave of darkness bridge jump
Post by: Mediumdee on January 21, 2017, 10:53:51 pm
so as I have been questing I have realized how annoying a couple of jumps can get, the biggest worry for me is the bridge in the Cave of Darkness. at around level 29 a priest or mage likely won't survive more then one fall at that spot, which gets really annoying because of how difficult to make the jump because it doesn't jump automatically right there. I'd say to lessen how bothersome this is we have it automatically jump to the other side similar to the bridge from saliko to ellysia, or at least lesson the drop a bit. the fall does nearly 1500 damage if you jump it and nearly 1000 if you drop, so being a priest with just under 1600 hp is really troublesome

You can click where you want to go if it's too hard to use arrows.

I've tried petal raining from one side to the other, if I'm too far away it'll just make me fall off
and then I watch my pet nail the jump 3 times in a row and it bothers me

How did you take damage from crossing the bridge without falling?

The hole is actually really small.
Don't forget that you can Sprint (Shift-Key) and use Blessing of Speed, or food items like cupcakes to increase how far you jump.
