Bug Fixes
- Freezing Cold now properly slows attack speed.
Dungeons
- Unstable Energy clouds are now blown back a greater distance when hit.
- Frostbite is no longer hurt by the fire from the village archers. His health has been reduced to compensate for that.
- The damage that Freezing Cold deals per stack has been reduced.
General Changes
- The Snowhide Leather Bag now increases the weight limit by an additional 600 weight.
- The "Crown of Tempest" is now called "Coronet of Tempest". The stats remain identical.
