Title: Eyelashes Pattern Not appearing...

I just bought eyelashes 2 times and it never appeared...just lost 20 gold :(

It works fine for me.
Did you click the checkbox "Combine with current pattern" underneath the preview?

You can have that refunded if you really bought it twice.

It should appear the very first time - I can check when you're on today. If you want to check yourself, keep in mind that you can try patterns - for all purposes this behaves the same as actually buying it, with the exception that only you can see it, and that it's reset after some time.
