Title: [Closed] Tele scrolls again.

I used the Sliko dungeon warp scroll to get out of the GD, and when i checked, ten min hadn't passed yet but i could still use it.

If you own the castle, you can warp to it, and it won't start the cooldown on your warp scroll. :3
