Title: [Fixed] Halloween Spirit Bottle

When I enchanted my Derpy Pumpkin Hat with the Spirit Bottle, Spirit Strike remained at Level 1, despite me having 40 int. Reequipping the hat didn't appear to do anything.

Totally messed up on that one.
