Title: [Fixed] blessing of strength timer

The description states that the spell lasts 15 minutes, but when I cast blessing of strength on myself, it goes for 25 minutes.
Looks a bit off to me. :P

Blessing of Strength sticks longer on higher levels, I'll update the description to reflect that. Thanks!
