Greetings, if you don't know me already, my username is Pike.
I have been in the guild Ashaya Snow Patrol for around 10 months so far.
During my stay, I have had a great time, and met the most amazing people, my friends.
Yet, a lot has changed since I had first joined ASP.
Some people have come and gone, but many of us are still here,
even if they have moved on to make their own guilds.
In remembrance of days past, I, on behalf of the ASP Guild Management,
am hosting a giveaway of crystal Guild Badges, resembling our newer guild logo.

If you would like a badge, carefully consider the following:
- If under the age of 18, reasonable evidence* of parent or legal guardian consent is needed.
*A formal, comprehensive letter containing the necessary information and permission.
Essentially, it must contain the following:
- An understanding of the giveaway and what it entails
- Permission for participation in this event.
- The number of badges requested
- I may accept or reject the letter if it lacks information, or appears likely to be untruthful.
- If accepted, I shall reply with a request for an address and name to mail the stones to.
- Once I receive the information, expect a few days delay before the badges are mailed off to your location.
- You must Private-Message me your correspondence through:
- my email (Esox270@gmail.com)
- All shipping and packaging costs will be covered by me.
- Tracking numbers will not be provided.
Further notes:
- Anyone who currently has a character in Ashaya Snow Patrol is eligible to obtain a badge.
- The Guild Badges are 1.5 inches across and are made out of Blue-Lace Agate.
- One crystal heart per person unless a reason is given (and accepted by me).
- Hearts will be shipped as long as people want them, or until I run out.

Do you ship to Norway/europe? Btw, I used to be in ASP before my long pause.
Mhm, since you had a character in ASP, you are eligible to receive a guild badge.
Though there is no guarantee that everything will work out.
The shipping and handling details vary from country to country so I'll have a bit to look into.
Nevertheless, I'll try to figure it out.

Please note that, you, as well as any other legal minor who wants a heart, will need reasonable evidence(see the Original Post) of parental consent before I will ship the badges out to your, or anyone else's location.

Sorry Cleo, not much I can do, really. ^^;
The badge is simply a "nice thing to have",
a token to remember that, at heart, we are all not so far away.
It is in no way a replacement for the bonds forged in-game,
and is certainly not worth causing trouble for.

I am sorry, but I cannot accept your letter because it does not comply as "A comprehensive letter containing the necessary information and permission" and excludes "An understanding of the giveaway and what it entails". Since I am paying for the shipment, I want to be sure that the package will not be discarded (accidentally or purposely), and that no trouble will result from the giveaway. In order to verify that you have the permission, please resend your correspondence following the guidelines presented in the original post.
Additionally, when using the forums to send a Private-Message to me, make sure to use "PaiKai" instead of "Shore". I am most likely not to check the forum inboxes for any of my other accounts.
P.S.
The original post has been revised to require a valid correspondence before any personal information is dealt with. That way, this situation (in which private information was given with an unaccepted letter) will not occur again. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Well, first of all, two things:
1. That letter should have been sent through a Private-Message
2. The number of badges requested is not included, so I'll assume one.

At long last, the first shipment of two parcels has been sent!
They should arrive at their destinations by this Saturday, the 13th.
They include letters so be careful when opening them!
Additionally, I have added the requirement of a name to ship to.
One of the three orders lacked a mailing name so I'll contact you if this is your parcel.
