Why is it that when I try to type something the regular or some chat, there is a message saying blah blah blah is not online. Can someone fix this?

You probably put something in the box right of your chat, where it says "Send To". If that person isn't online, you get that error message.
Regular chat (which you use when that box is empty) will never give that error message.

But then my regular chat has the message sometimes. I don't know why though.

Take a screenshot when it happens next time, and link it to me. ;P
Make sure you take the screenshot in-game (by using the Pause key, or by pressing Shift + P), because that way they are timestamped.

Your "send to" field isn't empty - there's a (non-printable) character in there.
No idea how you get it in there, but my guess is that it has to do with your keyboard. What locales are you using - just English, or something else too?

I'm just using an english keyboard. o.o

Maybe it could be that you put a "space" in the "Send To" field?

Well, the next game client update will specifically remove that character you have in there. ;P
