Where is the VIP shop? Anyone know?

Hi Alicia!
You can find the VIP shop by Radium in the high plains. He is a little hidden, but you'll find him. I believe when you are in the map with the lizards and the poison sprites, go right on the bottom and you'll find the map that he's in.
