I can't find Jolie.... Where is she?

Jolie is at the river, west of Saliko (before the farm). If you explore a bit, you should be able to find her. ;)

Oh and uh.... Since my friend is coming to my house today, I want her to create an account on this game but.... Is my friend allowed to create an account in my house or does she have to make one at her house?

You can make multiple accounts if you like (provided you don't cause trouble with them ;P).
