Title: How to get to the beach?

Hi! So Me and my friend, Fattycat were wondering how to get to the Beach???
We've seen it on maps and stuff but we don't know how to get there?
Can someone help us?

I'm pretty sure that you will recieve a quest to unlock the beach once you get the trophy "Argan All-Star"(Complete each of Roc's daily quest at least once) and complete some of the quests in the Cultist Prison.
