To use the Guild chat, you do /g or put #guild in the smaller chat box to the left.
 And if you don't wanna keep using /g to speak to the guild, you can tab the Guild chat by clicking the [Guild] part.

To access the Guild Board, you go to Game  > Guild > Guild Board.
