Filing PNGs into Support Tickets

So I've got a quick question~
I downloaded both sprite sheets for a custom fur pattern, drawn / colored them in using GIMP (which took me like 3-4 hours), and exported them as PNGs with the extra layers hidden. Now all I have to do is submit them. Except when I go into the game and open a Support Ticket, I can't find any sort of "add file" button or anything. I can't copy-paste or just drag the PNGs from my File Explorer either, so I don't really know what else to try.

Does anyone know how to attach files to Support Tickets? If so, please help! Thanks :3 ♥

The support ticket system itself doesn't support attaching anything at that point - it's just text. ;P
Usually people just upload them somewhere and give me the link. If something's wrong with the link, or the service mangles the files, I'd let you know.

You can also e-mail me (support, then the at sign, then pawdgame.com). As long as I can get the PNGs somehow (you can also send me the PSDs), most methods of sending them to me are fine.
