I used smite on the tundra storm caster, but it didn't stop the blizzard. around 3:13 pm my time.

Hi Kitson,

Some spells cannot be interrupted - Blizzard from the Tundra Stormcaller is one of them. Uninterruptible spells have a little shield icon left on the cast bar:

Left is interruptible, right is uninterruptible.

I'll make the shield icon more prominent in the upcoming update.

Should make it easier to discern what casts can be interrupted - and which ones can't.
