 So we all know Jenny she's that polite cutsie chef. And she has this one gold collar, which I've seen players wearing. So if you know how to get there please post it here telling me!

There are two golden collars in the game that look pretty similar to the collar that Jenny wears.
The first one is the Golden Collar of Recovery (https://www.pawdgame.com/database/items#item=150) which you can get from the East Caves, and the second is a Golden Collar (https://www.pawdgame.com/database/items#item=134) which you can buy in an NPC shop in the High Plains.

Oh it's the second one that's at the high plains I think, can you tell me how to get there?

Sure!
Starting from Saliko Village, go straight. When you're in the map Saliko Forest, use the top portal. Keep on going straight and you will eventually reach the High Plains; it's a hill-type environment. The monsters there are a little high level (14-17), so be careful once you reach the High Plains! There's an NPC in a cave that sells the collar.
