Neutral (Reputation)

Neutral is a reputation status that is between unfriendly and friendly. Once you reach neutral reputation with a faction, you can talk and trade with them, and you can use supportive spells on NPCs of that faction.

If you buy wares, or ask a blacksmith to repair your armour, they will charge you their regular price. Increasing your reputation further will let you use their services at a discounted price.
