I went ahead and put most of the layout in an HTML comment. While having a huge list of what *could* be done is nice, it doesn't help much if no one is doing them. I prefer having fewer links, and those fleshed out, than a huge list of things that could be done, but aren't.
Feel free to add things back in as you are completing them. I don't really like having a Wiki where 95% of the links are red-links. Tobias (talk) 11:31, 13 October 2012 (EDT)
