I went ahead and put most of the layout in an HTML comment. While having a huge list of what *could* be done is nice, it doesn't help much if no one is doing them. I prefer having fewer links, and those fleshed out, than a huge list of things that could be done, but aren't.

Feel free to add things back in as you are completing them. I don't really like having a Wiki where 95% of the links are red-links. It really shouldn't be too difficult to add a few sentences between the existing red-links of the villages. Don't wait for me, Wikis ought to be a community effort (plus if you counted on me to fill in all the red-links, then adding a huge list of red-links would be just plain rude).
