"/option acache" does that.
/option acache does the following:
- for every frame (for walking, ...), it'll take a screenshot of your character
- when it has to show you walking again, it'll use the screenshots it just took - that's faster than animating your character and your armor.
Flash is weird sometimes, and it'll show some parts of your body differently than others, only during screenshots. In this case, the eye was in the blinking state, but your head was not.
Refreshing - or turning off /option acache - will fix this.
