I cant use my character....

So.. im pretty new here, and only played once. Every time I try to log back into the game and play on my character, IT ALWAYS ASKS ME TO MAKE A NEW CHARACTER.
I know, "MAKE A NEW CHARACTER!"
Well, I dont want to, because I cant use the same name, I dont want to go through the tutorial again, and this is just straight out frustrating me! Could someone tell me WHY this is happening? Why cant I use my character again?!

You are misspelling your account name.
If it tells you to "create a new character", you logged into an account with no characters (either because you just created it, or because it has no characters on it).

I see six different accounts linked to you - including one with a level 2 warrior (Chica). Note that the name of the account with that character is actually not Chica.

If you have troubles remembering that account's name, either drop me an e-mail (support, at sign, pawdgame dot com), or create a new character with any name, and then, from in-game, type /support to open a support ticket, where you can say that you need the account recovered.
