Where do you find them! I can't find them anywhere!! Where does it spawn D: I reallyreallyreally want the pet!

The only place I've ever seen Santa Water Spirits is in the Ashaya Toy Factory spawned by those big bosses. Honestly, I didn't even know that they could be pets either.

Oh wait, it's that monster that randomly spawns in Saliko forest. Level 34+!

yes, the santa spirit boss spawns in saliko.  If you fight it, the MVP gets a Christmas Cane.  The Christmas Cane does not bind, so if the MVP already has the pet, they can give it to someone else, or sell it.  Once you've obtained a Christmas Cane you can give it to the santa spirit boss the next time it spawns and it becomes your pet (but it may try to kill you before it decides it likes you, so not recommended for lower levels to try to tame it alone!)
