Who is this guy? I always thought he was just a rat(?) thing hiding behind the trees in the High Plains for no reason until earlier this morning. I was just looking through Item Database for I don't know what reason and I came to the different heart necklaces. Some I know can come from Lieshy but some come from Theodor? It said that his quest for it is called "Impulse Trade". How do you get to this quest? Or to any other quest he might give really, I didn't think he could do anything.
Is talking to him a level thing or do someone else's quests have to be completed first? --Because there's ALOT of quests that I didn't do in Saliko lolll
