nice idea, though i think elemental gloves was already discussed about, though i vividly remember. We're managing just fine without it anyways, and i'm no element expert, but i think we can cover light already, but it would be a nice addition :D

Personally I kind of like light to be more the domain of priests and hunters (with their silver arrows).
Warriors, in turn, have an easy way to deal neutral damage, which none of the casters have.

There could be light resistant gloves that look like your drawing, but I'm more careful with the remaining two elemental gloves. ;P
