I have dark pact 2, but I can't get torment or dark bolt?

Cast Dark Pact - once you cast that, you have all the dark spells available (but none of the light spells). ;3

You still have to learn Dark Bolt, of course, by clicking the arrow button next to it.

when I learn dark bolt (and torment) it still won't let me use it
