For Akia and Cladt quest

I was thinking, maybe since, like, if you return but akia's not with you, that maybe Janette should go "Oh, hello Kitson. Have you seen Akia?" Or something like that, since she's not with you for either she died, or you accidentally got knocked off the tree.

Personally I think it'd be confusing - it's definitely doable, all I have to do is to make returning Akia to the café after being on Cladt's map a quest objective. However, if someone fails that (and it pretty much can only happen if Akia (or you) die(s) after Cladt has been killed, because otherwise the quest fails altogether), they'll be stuck with a "Hi, have you seen Akia?" message, and have no choice but to abandon and reaccept anyway.

It's really also a question of how Akia would die after Cladt is down: If you jump off the tree, she does not follow you, so she might as well have returned to the village after seeing you splat on the ground.
