The blizzard was cast, but when Blaze moved, the bar was still moving and the spell wasn't broken. This normal?

Not at all - this was a bug and has been fixed. Thanks for letting me know!

(I prefer screenshots over videos, because I need to watch the entire thing until it gets to the bug. ;P)
