Interesting. Did you try to go in again, after the buff stuck on you?

No, The rest of the group was calling for me to go and do BFA at the time, so i didn't have time to check again. Sorry.

How did you leave the platform with the poison? Did you jump out? Get warped out? Ran out? Fell out?

i think i may have had a similuar situation when i was deathbloom hunting the other day. I jumped down grabbed some deathblooms jumped up (left tho kit went right i think) and i was still poisoned. The reason i didn't think about it was because after i saw i was still poisoned i jumped back down and back up and it fixed itself. I thought it might of been a glitch in my computer or i jumped to a wrong spot and it lagged or something but if its happened more then once then it might be a bug.

I don't have any screenshots to show ya but im sure wut happened to me is wut happened to Kitson.

the same thing happened to me. when I tried to redo it though, it didn't work. (I only tried like 3 times though) I jumped from the poison to the platform, then jumped again to this spot x3

I did the same as Birk-jumped down and up again, and it was fixed

Yes, that's what happened to me too. However, as I said before, I didn't try to redo it because I was being urged By my group. Sorry.

We need to see if we can reproduce that some time.

It's probably a more obscure bug, since the scripting for the platform is really simple (enter: apply buff, exit: remove buff).

I tried and it did work-I just walked a little past the poison to the left (I went to the right side of the map to start), and quickly jumped back to the right platform, and I was still poisoned.

Nice catch. "Quickly jumping back" is the key word here: There's a check in place that triggers two seconds after the debuff was removed (in case a priest dispels the stack, which is possible and resets the damage the poison), so that it'll be re-applied if you're still in the poison.

If you were jumping out of the poison exactly when the timer hit (since a jump takes less than half a second, there was quite some timing involved), you got the debuff again - because during a jump, the server still considered you on the platform you jumped from (as you haven't landed yet, and not being on a platform at all isn't a valid state).

This will be fixed next reboot.
