for the /y like shortcuts

I was thinking on this. when i type "/r", i can reply to the last whisper. So, i was thinking that if it's "/R", we can also reply. I noticed that if it's a cap letter, it wont do it.

Yups - it's lower-case only. I'm not sure whether upper-case is needed as well (extra coding, because I either need to parse the line lower-case, or check for both cases, none of which I do at the moment), especially because people on US-keyboards don't need to press shift to get '/' anyway.
