This is what i remember. I was checking my storage (also had my inventory open) and then i selected [Menu]"Logout" -->"Switch Char.", then quickly reselected on Kitson and Returned into the game. but my storage window was still open and i thought "weird... i thought that it closes..." And then i tried to drag something out (i think that i could still access the menus in it), and i could, but it wouldn't go to my inventory. then i closed it, and re-opened it at Andy's. I could use it again just fine. It was around from 6-6:30 PM my time.
