[Fixed] Bash Level 3/2?

After a recent skill-point-reset-spree, I had decided that I prefer higher Toughness level than Bash level.
Therefore, my skill set went from having Bash3 to Bash2. The icon in my hotkey bar, however, was only partially updated.
I was left with Bash3/2. My question is, does it work like Bash2 or Bash3?

It will use Bash 2. The client will claim that you have Bash 3, but the server will double-check that (like anything else it does) and only use Bash 2.
This is a minor display-glitch, and will be fixed on the next client update. Thanks for letting me know!
