pet living diamond/coal/topaz?

so... i've always wanted one of them 'ore monsters' (which is my nickname for them)
i think it would be cool if we could get them in reward items for certain quests
and we each get a chance to get all and we get them all.  and they come from items called 'runed *corresponding name*'
example: 'runed diamond'

*use: read the rune to summon your own living diamond that will really get under your enemies' skin!
(and, the living diamonds' "summon minions" will summon at least one of your other pets and/or any other ore monsters you got)

New pets will only added for special occasions. A new dark-element pet similar to the pets could be an interesting idea, but even if it's added, it'll be for current content, and not for an area that was current December last year.

In addition, having a pet summon one of your other pets, in addition to being rather overpowered, would require additional coding, and I just can't see the reason for it - over a mere quest.
