I really need to update this more. <.<

Numerous bugs were fixed over the past month, and new quests have been added to the Argan Jungle, the maps of which were made by Birk. Guilds can forge alliances now, which allows them to get into each others guild dungeon, and enables them to use support spells on each other. GvG has been re-enabled, with a member limit of 5 per participating guild (the guild can have more members, but only five can enter GvG). Checking through the forum, bugs of note were

- Guild messages of the day did not escape their strings, allowing limited HTML to be posted. This has been fixed. (Reported by Kitson)
- Items of which you can only pick up a limited quantity now take the items in storage into account. (Reported by Pike and Kitson)
- - And with that, I introduced a bug: After upgrading the storage, the storage space was displayed incorrectly. (Reported by Kitson).
- Cay's wonderful internet fails to download the string table if it's larger than 80 kB. I took the opportunity to make the client more robust, and also work around that particular problem. (Reported by Caydence, duh)
- Several typos in quests and scripts have been fixed. (Reported by Kitson)
- Items that you can't buy due to a lack of reputation will show up in shops now - with a note that you can't buy them yet. (sort-of suggested by Mistypelt)
- Skill sets can no longer be switched during combat to prevent possible exploits that come from the dispel it performs. (Reported by Pike)
- It is no longer possible to control multiple spiders in the Moonlight Monastery, and at Ragefang. (Reported by Pike)
- Clouds are now immune to root-effects. (Suggested by Kitson)
- The map right of Argan River wasn't classified as "Argan River" anymore, even though the river flows through it, making quests that depend on the classification not work on that map. (Reported by Kitson)
- Cultists can no longer be charged down the plateau they are on, in the guild dungeon. (Reported by Pike)
- Smite once again puts monster skills on cooldown, as if the skill was cast. (Reported by Eleng555)
- If a monster is locked out of all spell schools, it shows up as silenced. (Suggested by Eleng555)
- Depth-Positioning on background platform was severely broken, and has been fixed.
- An ungrouped, unsaved group-leader that left their group could still re-enter that instance their former group was in. This has been fixed so that this former leader will get a fresh instance (this does not apply to groups that are saved, where all its members are in the same boat anyway). (Reported by Pike)
- Coming too close to Nihid now automatically starts Celeah's encounter.
- It was possible, by adeptly working with damaging area effects, to coax monsters into fighting each other. This has been fixed. (Reported by Pike)
- The damaging component of demongrass did not work, which has been fixed. (Reported by Pike)
- A gap in the walls of the Twigmoss Burrow has been removed. (Reported by Pike)
- Stealthed monsters that jumped into range did not show up right away.
- - This caused a regression bug, in which non-stealthed, hidden actors showed up for a flash if they jumped. (Reported by Pike and Blizzardfoot)
- The amount of mana drained by "Drain Spirit" has been increased.
- - In addition, characters no longer flinch from the damage received by this ability.
- Sounds from out-of-range characters are no longer played.
- Several platforms in the random dungeons have been fixed, so they can no longer be skipped though. (Reported by Birk)
- Destroying the relic should now properly give credit. (Reported by Pike)

General Changes

- Intellect now increases critical strike chance.
- - To account for the lack of armour that critical spells could pierce (seeing physical armour is on every item, whereas few items sport magic resistance), magic spells that strike critically will do 25% more damage.
- "Gift of Earth" is now called "Song of Harmony"
- "Blessing of Strength" is now called "Blessing of Fortitude"
- "Serenity" only has two levels, down from three. Level 2 is as strong as level 3 was.
- "Protection of Nature" lasts five minutes (up from two) and can be obtained after either getting "Blessing of Strength" or "Blessing of Fortitude".
- Added support for camera effects.
- Support for minor client effects (reflective tiles, steam) has been added.
- A number of trophies has been added to the Ragefang encounter in the Twigmoss Burrow.
- - The trophy for defeating Ragefang has been awarded retrospectively to those that defeated the encounter in the past.
- It is now possible to clear a background in the map editor, by clicking "Set Background" with nothing selected.
- Added basic support for multi-element attacks.
- - These spells deal part of their damage in one element, and part in another.
- - The damage number shown on the client is the total damage received, the combat log, however, will list the exact damage for each of the elements.
- - Coral Spike is one example (using 50% water and 50% earth) for a multi-element attack.
- Members of guilds with an inactive guild leader can now assume control of it after some time.
- Coralfish pets now (mostly) retain their level from when they were caught. (Suggested by Caydence)
- - If adventurers are lower level than the pet they capture, the level of the pet they caught will be reduced.
- - This also applies to the Cornuti pets.
- Two randomly generated underground caves have been added:
- - The Everchange Caverns, recommended for levels 8-15. (Name by Caydence)
- - The Tunnels of Illusion, recommended for levels 25-31. (Name by Pike)
- - The monsters and the treasures hidden within these caves are randomly generated, and change periodically. This means that certain monsters or items may only be available on specific days, and the only way to find out if they're up is to explore the cave.
- - A jade and ruby chest have been added, which can drop unique items only available in these caves.
- - In addition, two trophies for finding the chests have been added.
- - Each random cave now lasts for three days (up from eight hours). (Suggested by Pike)

PvP

- Guild members entrusted with the privilege to register members for TvT can register and unregister members that are higher rank than themselves as well.
- - A bug in the game client prevented this, which has been fixed. (Reported by Goldy)
- Added support for guild alliances.
- - Allied guilds are friendly in GvG, and share registered members (therefore you shouldn't be able to get over the registered player member limit by forging alliances).
- - Alliances can be forged at any time, but they cannot be broken during GvG.
- - Guilds that were allied during GvG can access each other guild dungeons, and the guild page in Schwartzwald Castle.
- Allied guild members are now shown as friendly (with a green target circle) in GvG.
- Added support for guild alliance chat through #Allies.
- The amount of tokens received from TvT is now reduced for participants that only joined during the final stages of the fight. Join early, when you can make a difference. :3

The Cultist Prison in Argan Jungle

- Birk has created a new dungeon, the Cultist Prison in Argan Jungle, which is now open!
- - This eight-floor-dungeon features numerous quests, as well as a new boss, a handful of new headgear, and trophies.

Spell Interrupt Changes

- Abilities like Smite and Disrupt Magic will only block the spell school that was interrupted, and not all-out silence the victim.
- - This also goes for monsters - smiting them will no longer silence them, but rather lock them out of the spell school they were casting.
- - Several spells have had their spell school changed to work with this particular mechanic. (Thanks go to Goldy, Caydence, Eleng555, Hippo, KitsonHeart and Birk, who reviewed the spells' schools and suggested changes).

The Beach of Southern Elyssia

- The beach of Southern Elyssia is now open, accessible through the broken ship, at Argan River. After helping the spirits fix it, be sure to stop by, enjoy the hot, southern sun, and maybe get a tan at the beach!
- - The vacationing spirits at the beach will sell you icecream, and various holiday hats.
- - Coralfish are now roaming the beach. This includes a new boss, which might just drop a pet for you - if you're lucky.
- - Several summer-related items have been added to the boss, which have been drawn by Caydence.
- Spirit bottles for the coralfish have been added. (Also drawn by Caydence)
- Cornuti have been added to the beach of Elyssia.
- Adventurers fixing the boat can now prepare for a quick boat ride down Argan River, before they reach the beach, and won't simply get warped there.
