So i had just traded a bunch of crystal pieces for empty crystal vials, then i teleported to the castle, and then i went to Argan village to buy some spices for potions. But when i got there, roc had nothing over him. "Cool cool, quests are still  loading." Then i clicked him, and went "wait what? a quest?" I did this around 3:22 PM My time XD

I think I know what's causing this; I'll assume that was the first time you entered Argan Village on that day, right?
