How do I get all three slots on Bind Earth (for my mage, of course)?

From the skill description:

Bind yourself to the earth beneath your feet, forging a bond that allows you to return to the same location at a later time.

Every level of Bind Earth allows you to memorize an additional location. You cannot bind yourself to locations that are permeated with darkness, such as dungeons. You also cannot bind yourself to PvP enabled maps, maps made by players, or random dungeons.

What if you get Bind Earth level 3?

I didn't see another level of Bind Earth

There's one at level 20, a second one at level 25 and a third one at 30.
Are you sure it's not there for you?

I'm level 22, so maybe that's why.

It should still say "(Requires Level 25)" on the "next level" part of the tooltip. ;P
