Hey there. I was wondering, what are the circumstances to get the emerald shield? The tab doesn't say what I need to get it, and it won't let me get it.

Emerald Shield is a priest-only skill.

Priests have to do the quest chain that starts at Luka. Towards the end, where you recover food for the bees in the high plains, priests will get two additional quests, which will teach them Emerald Shield.

Oh! Why would you need another priest, when you have Day? XD

Anyway, this quest chain will lead to Emerald Shield:


Saliko Village

- A Bouquet
- Field Trip to the Plains

High Plains

- Orchids of the Plains
- Sugar and Treats / Sugar and Treats II
- Ensuring the Survival

When you complete that last quest, follow the monster that you just helped, and you will obtain a scroll and a new quest:

- The Strange Scroll
- The Strange Scroll II
- Blessings of Nature

Completing "Blessings of Nature" will award you Emerald Shield Level 1.
