New Character button hidden/cut off

    I haven't had problems before today, But upon downloading and playing, then logging out, My "New Character" button is cut off. I can't click it on the browser, Nor the client. I've tried fullscreen, Multiple zoom settings, restoring the client.. To no avail.

It doesn't seem to work, no matter what. I'd really like to make a new character, But I can't get to the button, no matter how hard I try.

Hi Alkaline!
You can only have five characters per one account -- after that, you no longer have the option to create a new character & therefore the button goes away. This may have been what the issue was; I see that in your screenshot that you have a pending deletion of a character, so once that character is deleted, try again and see if the button comes back up.

Just chiming in - Bramble's right, five characters is the maximum on a single account, which is why the button disappears (since creating a new one would no longer work).
Deleting one of the characters (as seen in your screenshot - the 24 hour delay is a safeguard, so no one can quickly undo your progress) will make the button come back (or you can just make another account).
