[Q] Hunter

So, I noticed that there's a class called "Hunter."
Few items can only be used within the class, and I've been wondering:

How does one adquire Hunter? Is it a available class?

Some people in my Guild also had that question in mind, so, i'm asking for them too.

Hi Roxxy!
You must have a level 32 character on your account, then you are able to make a new character that can be a hunter.
