Lately, with all the new players, I see a lot of people, especially those who play the priest class (including me), struggle over having the right set. They are always creating a general set of skills that are not specialized in one area, leading to a set that is useless in a fight, and not great at healing a party(or tanking). Maybe the option to buy, or have, another set way early in the game would encourage people to specialize one of their sets so they don't have to worry about always resetting their main one.  Thoughts?

I have no issues with that.
Skill sets were supposed to cost a bit of gold to account for however much people had when it was added in, but now that you can get a third skillset, that one can cost a bit more.

Where would you add it?

Not quite sure. I was thinking somewhere before BFA. Maybe get it from Andy? Not sure.

A short quest line might be a good idea for that, then.
