If you look at the screen shot, There isn't Kay there and everyone told me that she  would be at the spot  there. I am unsure what is causing this but this isn't helping me because i really want to help my guild mates with quests. When i first got into Ashaya Village, Kay was AT the mouth of the village til you finish her quest but she is gone in my point so i am hoping you could  fix this.
This is really inportant. I really need to do her quests but if she isn't there, How am i going to help my guild mates?

That's not a glitch, well it could be. Did you unlock Ashaya/finish Kays' quests yet?

If your talking about killing 5 demons, then yes.

Check your other quests - there are instances where Kay and the others go for shelter, until you secure the village.
You need to complete at least 'The Siege on Ashaya Village' (west of the village).
