I go onto a character

I cant go on this one new character I made, Fyter. It's a level 9 or 10 mage that's dark red. I'm trying to get into where the Fliffy pen usually is but it wont let me.
Can someone fix this?
Also i keep getting disconnected when I log on

Hm...It won't let you? Wait...Is it like you totally can't go in it or like you can go into the portal but at the black screen that's displayed in-between changing maps get stuck there?

If you keep getting disconnected it's more likely to be a problem with your network connection then the server...I think at least XD

Yeah, it's definitely a problem with your network connection - there is nothing in the game's logic that would disconnect upon login, unless your game client were damaged (in which case I'd get notified).
