Hm..Outside the blackwood blast mine :D
If you don't know where that is follow these instructions:
1) Start at the blackwood caverns.
2) Go to the map with the giant thorn bloom ancient. This is the most leftward map from the cavern. (There's three portals, one that leads to the lower wilderness, on that leads to the map with the brown turtles, and one that should lead to a map with a globe like thing when you enter. Chose the one with the globe.)
3) In that map, go to the north portal that should be at the middle of the top of the map. (You can also go through the tunnel that Carolyn digs if you unlocked that)
4) Once in that map, go to the portal that is the most northeast. This would require going through green turtle like things and then jumping a cross a small ledge.
5) You should be at the blackwood mine and see the pet trader if you walk east towards the mine's entrance.
